​How to Submit a Video Testimonial in 3 Easy Steps!

Hello KGA Students / Parents!

First, I want to thank you SO much for considering to help us.  Kids Guitar Academy was created to help kids & teens reach their guitar playing goals in the most effective and fun way possible. Our students mean the world to us!  Please help us add the "social proof" we need to our website by following 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Choose the Type of Video You Want to Make.

  1. The Parent Testimonial: This is a video of you as a parent talking about your family's experience with our programs.  
  2. The Student Testimonial: This is a video of the student talking about their experience with our programs and may or may not include a playing demonstration (however a short playing demonstration is super helpful!).

Step 2: Use Your Phone/Device to Film a Short Video

Simply take out your phone/device and record the testimonial!  If it's helpful, here are some ideas of things you can address in the video:

  • Results: where was the student when starting the program? Where are they now?
  • Experience: what has been your overall experience with the program? Did you receive support when needed? Address the student's enjoyment of playing and learning guitar. 
  • Benefits: what are some of the benefits you've noticed of learning online using our programs?

Add a Playing Demonstration (Optional)

Obviously, this only applies to student testimonials. A short playing demonstration is very powerful because it shows results. If the student is comfortable, have them play anything that they want to show off their playing skills!

Step 3: Upload and Email the Video Easily Using WeTransfer

Once you've filmed the testimonial, email it to david@kidsguitaracademy.com right from your device using the following steps: 

  1. ​ Visit wetransfer.com
  2. Click the "+" symbol to locate and attach your video.
  3. In the "message" field, tell us your name and state (or country) of residence.
  4. In the "email to" field enter the email address david@kidsguitaracademy.com and send your video!

Once you submit your testimonial, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm that we received it and to ensure that we have your permission to post the video on the KGA website.
